To pray has always been associated to ask for something. But if the future does not exist and present means gift, it’s more effective to thank for something in our life that we already have, and of which usually we aren’t aware of. The state of gratitude puts the body in a condition of openness to receive, and this allows to the novelty to arrive, and if we are ready to accept it, the wind of change has already started to blow.
